MONDAY-TUESDAY: A potent storm system will pass overhead today bringing strong wind, very dry air and high fire danger for much of southern Colorado. 30-40 mph wind gusts look possible, with a few stronger gusts, and humidity values in the single digits. Highs will reach the 60s and 70s. Please use caution today and call out smoke if you see it! More wind and low humidity will be possible into Tuesday. We might be able to squeeze out a few showers by late today and into Tuesday morning with the passage of this system.
