COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs police are investigating a deadly crash on Platte Avenue near S Academy Boulevard. They say it was a hit-and-run that killed one person around 1:20 this morning. The major crash team has been called in to investigate. No suspect has been named yet. Platte will remain closed until the investigation is complete.
