Police investigation at both the Citadel and Chapel Hills malls in Colorado

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – A Colorado Springs man is facing tax evasion charges, according to Colorado Springs police. Jon Vincent Martinez bonded of the El Paso County jail Tuesday on that charge.
